- Consulting and Design Service
Hyro will analyse your business working process to recommend the most appropriate technology for your organization. The end results are a network diagram (how the computers connected together), hardware specification, software required, and necessary peripheral equipment. You can then optionally use our Network Implementation service to install the network based on the network diagram or tender it to other suppliers.
- Network Implementation Service
A detailed Network Diagram will be used for system configuration. This service includes:

| Our staff are trained not only in the best way to set-up and configure your network, but how to do so in a manner that will eliminate many common support problems before they occur. Hyro is also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and as such has direct access to Microsoft technical support resources as well as any newly released software well in advance of the general public.
One of the most common faults made by network administration staff is failing to document network configuration and procedures. As part of our service, all of our staff have been trained to document your system using the same documents we use on our own in-house systems. |

| Before you can use our Network Express service, we must conduct an initial evaluation of your network. This involves around a days work, and will result in a document detailing the current status of your network and making recommendations on what needs to be done along with the estimated effort required.
Costs for this initial analysis vary depending on the number of servers and personal computers you have and how they are connected together. After the evaluation has been completed there is no obligation to use our Network Express service.

- Additional work greater than that provided for in the fixed monthly fee is available at a cost of 1,200 Baht per hour. Where practical all additional work will be quoted for approval prior to the work commencing. The travel charge is approximately Baht 600 per trip depending on site location.
